PETER AND THE WOLF ENGLISH
There was once a young shepherd who spent most of his time tending his sheep and as many times as he watched them graze bored, thinking what to do for fun.
One day, he decided it would be good fun at the expense of the common people. He came over and started yelling:
- Help! The wolf! The wolf!
The townspeople took what they had on hand and were running to help the poor shepherd boy who asked for help, but when they arrived, they discovered that it was all a joke. And they were angry.
When they were gone, the pastor made the joke so funny that he thought to repeat. And when people saw enough away, he shouted again:
- Help! The wolf! The wolf!
The villagers, to hear it again, started running again thinking that this time the wolf had been submitted, and he really was asking for help. But to get where he was the pastor, found him on the floor, laughing to see how the villagers had come to help him. This time the villagers even more angry, terribly angry and left.
The next morning, the pastor returned to his sheep graze in the same field. Even laughed when he remember the villagers run. But it said that day, if he saw the wolf approaching. He was really frightened and saw that the wolf was getting closer, started shouting:
- Help! The wolf! The wolf! It will eat all my sheep! Help!
But this time the villagers, having learned the lesson the day before, they do not listen him.
The shepherd watched as the wolf ate some of his sheep, he was desperated.
- Help! The wolf! The wolf! – But villagers continued ignoring.
This is how the shepherd boy watched as the wolf ate a few sheep and took other for dinner. And it repented in the depths of the joke that made the day before.
